Is a newly fitted quality kitchen with integral oven and gas hob. It has a fridge / freezer, washer / dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven and a TV. It also has granite worksurfaces and slate flooring.

The Bathroom -
Is a newly fitted white suite with basin, WC and bath with shower over. It has a marble tiled floor and fully tiled walls.

Bedroom 1 -
Has a double bed and bedroom furniture with a wooden floor. There is a TV and a window overlooking St Eia Street.

Bedroom 2 -
Has twin beds with a built in wardrobe. The room is carpeted and has a window overlooking Back Road East.

Bedroom 3 -
Has bunk beds with bedroom furniture and a carpeted floor.

Additional information:
The property has gas central heating throughout and all gas and electricity is included in the rental. All bed linen is also provided. A CRB checked baby sitting service is also available.

Chylowen is available for rental on a weekly basis however short breaks can also be arranged.
